1. Who we are

kitmuse.com ("KitMuse", "we", "us") is a sole-trader business based in the United Kingdom, 15 Folkestone Road, Salisbury, SP2 8JP. Contact: support@kitmuse.com. By using this site or buying from it you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. What we sell

KitMuse sells digital products only: editable Canva templates, Canva Docs, PDF guides and similar files. No physical goods are shipped. Products are delivered as download links and Canva template links, as described in our Delivery Policy. The counts of templates, pages and text assets shown on a product page are the counts for that product.

3. Your information

You agree to provide accurate purchase information and a working email address. We deliver files to the email address given at checkout.

4. License to use the templates

When you buy a KitMuse product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the templates. You do not buy the designs themselves; KitMuse and its licensors keep all ownership and intellectual property rights.

You may:

  • edit, resize and customize the templates in Canva;
  • publish content made from them for your own personal or business marketing (social media, print, email, website);
  • where the product page says so (for example an agency or commercial license), use them to create content for clients you serve.

You may not:

  • resell, share, give away, sublicense, rent or redistribute the template files or Canva links, edited or not;
  • offer the templates or derivatives as a template product, download or kit of your own;
  • claim the original designs as your own work for resale;
  • use the templates to build a competing template business;
  • use the sample photos or the fictional names, licences and business details in the templates as if they were real. Sample photos are placeholders for layout only.

Each license covers one buyer (one person, brand or practice, as stated on the product page). Additional users need their own purchase.

5. Placeholders and professional responsibility

Templates contain bracketed placeholders (names, licence numbers, prices, dates, legal lines). You are responsible for replacing them with accurate information and for making sure anything you publish complies with the laws, licensing rules and advertising rules that apply to you and your industry. KitMuse does not provide legal, financial, medical, real estate or other professional advice.

6. Third-party services

Templates open in Canva. Canva is a separate service with its own terms; a free Canva account is enough for all KitMuse products unless a product page says otherwise. We are not responsible for changes to Canva's features or pricing.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and its partners; we do not store your card details. A promotional price is valid only while it is displayed on the site.

8. Delivery

See our Delivery Policy. If you do not receive your order email within one hour of purchase, check your spam folder and then contact support@kitmuse.com.

9. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Digital products are non-refundable except as described there.

10. Our content

The text, images, previews and design of this site belong to KitMuse and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KitMuse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version posted on the site at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
